Shawn Harrison Surges and Expands Lead in HD 63

Now that the 2014 legislative session is over, former State Rep. Shawn Harrison continues to pull further ahead in contributions against Democrat incumbent Rep. Mark Danish in the effort to regain the State House District 63 seat.

“In May, we saw an incredible surge in fundraising over the incumbent,” Harrison announced in a statement issued Tuesday, “as we once again exceeded our $10,000 goal while the incumbent barely raised $2000.”

Shawn Harrison lost to Danish in 2012 after serving a single term in the House.

“The campaign totals are now $98,000 to $68,000,” he continued, “a $30,000 cushion for Team Harrison.” Read more...
